Scholastic Challenge 2012 January Update!

Thank you for your participation in the American Scholastic Achievement League's annual academic competition.

Conveners at schools registered for Scholastic Challenge 2012 (either the 6th Grade Division or the 8th Grade Division or both) will receive an email containing instructions, and User Names and Passwords for their students between January 10 and January 14, 2012. If you are unable to retrieve that email, please check your spam folder or contact us as soon as possible after January 15.

Also, we are extending our registration and payment deadline. If you have not yet registered for Scholastic Challenge 2012, please go to the grade appropriate Teacher Registration link on our website at amschoolschallenge.com and register your school online as soon as possible.

The American Scholastic Achievement League extends to you an invitation to enter your students in Scholastic Challenge 2012 taking place online in February, 2012. For the past eleven years, thousands of eighth grade students have been provided with an entertaining and challenging enrichment activity that allows them to demonstrate a variety of problem solving skills and knowledge in many academic areas. Last year, we introduced a second division that is designed to academically challenge students in the sixth grade.

Your students will enjoy competing in our online contest with other students in American schools. They will be able to compete as individuals and also as members of your school's team in a unique, interesting and educational program.

Trophies, plaques, medals and certificates will be awarded for achievement in individual and school team categories in both the 6th grade and 8th grade divisions.

To register your sixth grade or eighth grade students, or both, please select the grade appropriate Teacher Registration link from our navigation on the left, and complete and submit by January 15, 2012.

It is our hope that Scholastic Challenge 2012 is used as a strong motivational tool that will stimulate your 6th and 8th grade students' love for learning, and provide them with the joy and satisfaction of meeting new challenges. We look forward to your participation.
